The animals are heavily built and immensely strong for their size. They are capable of killing animals larger than themselves. They feed on whatever they can catch or find; thus they eat everything beginning with rats, and rabbits to deer and caribou; being poor hunters they tend to follow wolves and bears, feeding off the leftovers from kills.
